Using a chair to modify traditional yoga poses\, the class is done while seated\, or standing and using the chair for support. Every class includes stretches and movement geared to help increase strength\, endurance and flexibility. Classes also focus on breathing and meditation\, which can reduce anxiety\, lower the blood pressure\, and benefit your emotional wellbeing and overall health.
