This class will help you relax and create stillness at the end of your busy day so that you can retrain your nervous system for deep, uninterrupted sleep. So, dim the lights, get cozy, and get ready for a session of Yin yoga, a class that will carry you straight to bed.  Instructed by Angela Gore – Curry, CYT.
