Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced as a system of exercise, and that consists of a series of postures performed slowly and continuously with relaxed abdominal breathing. It is sometimes called moving meditation and it can be practiced without any special equipment. It’s sure to help with joint flexibility, balance and calming the mind.

Functional Fitness is all about exercises that helps you do the things you do every day—like lifting, bending, reaching, and walking—with more ease and confidence. We’ll use things like bodyweight, dumbbells, and bands to help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Great for all fitness levels, and perfect if you want to feel good and stay active.

Acupuncturist, Dr. Tierra Hardin, with Nobel Integrative Health, will be offering auriculotherapy acupuncture on the first Tuesday of every month from 12:30-2:00 PM. Auriculotherapy (ear) acupuncture focuses on anxiety, pain, and stress. A wavier must be signed at the start of class. |
