    The Holidays can be a struggle when someone is in grief. Chaplain Deb Vaughn will help us discover and accept the range of emotions grieving individuals may feel during the holidays.  Receive insight and strategies for coping during this emotionally charged season.

    Dr. Dock Winston, Urology Site Lead at Kaiser Permanente in Largo, MD, will continue his lecture series on prostate cancer, as well as life after diagnosis and challenges that men face.

    This class is designed for cancer survivors. Healthy lifestyle and positive body image are part of the experience as participants are challenged to regain strength and mobility.

  • Guided Mindful Meditation

    Recurring

    May Benatar, PhD, LCSW-C leads this weekly group. Modern science has confirmed that a meditation practice actually changes the brain, strengthens immunity, reduces anxiety, and lowers blood pressure. Join May and learn the skill that once acquired will benefit you in mind, body and spirit.

    Rebecca Kaltman, MD, will provide an overview of the latest findings in treatment and research from the December 2020 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium.
