Joshua Aronson
Joshua [Josh] H. Aronson is the executive vice president of Community Realty Company, Inc., a Washington DC based real estate firm that has been in business since 1963. Mr. Aronson has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years, managing assets for clients in both the New York City and District of Columbia areas. Currently, Mr. Aronson is responsible for overseeing a growing portfolio of 3,000 apartments and over 2,000,000 square feet of office and retail space. He has been instrumental in the repositioning of multiple properties in the New York City and District of Columbia markets.
In his spare time, he is on the board of the Real Estate and Finance Alliance at George Washington University and is active in the Urban Land Institute.
