
Kristi Devlin Delovitch
Kristi Delovitch joined the Hope Connections board, in January of 2025. Kristi is Vice President of Sales at Winebow, where her role is to profitably lead the Mid Atlantic’s business and team while maintaining a culture of positivity, engagement, and accountability. Her region contributes $40M in revenue to Winebow and her team consists of 30 employees on her sales and leadership team across Maryland, DC and Delaware.
Previous experience includes roles as Winebow Broad Market Sales Director in Maryland and Washington, DC, and District Manager for D.C. and Montgomery County. In her twleve years in sales at Winebow, she was awarded Mid-Atlantic Sales Person of the Year five times. Prior to that, she was the top-off-premise sales representative for RNDC. She is a WSET Diploma Candidate and taught WSET Level 2 to over 500 students as well as other classes for Capital Wine School over the last twelve years. She recently completed the WSWA Women In Leadership executive education program through Columbia University. She has traveled to almost every wine growing region in the world. Prior to her time in the wine business she was a professional writer and wrote and edited four books for Fodor’s and was the lead writer for three PBS productions on the Italian language and world geography. While in college she was the assistant news editor for her college paper and wrote for the Spartenburg Herald Journal, a New York Times paper at that time.
