Pink Ribbon Pilates

This class is designed for cancer survivors. Healthy lifestyle and positive body image are part of the experience as participants are challenged to regain strength and mobility. 

Katy’s Book Club

Facilitated by Marlene Hayman, this group will read and discuss books recommended by participants.

Exploring Love After Loss 

This three-week program is open to anyone who has lost a partner or spouse to cancer. We will explore dating, companionship and love... in a non-judgmental, supportive and fun environment!  This program is a three-session series.

Caregivers Support Group

Managing Relationships with Family and Friends

Going through cancer as a young adult is already tough, but do you sometimes feel like your family and friends just don’t understand what you’re dealing with?  Are you feeling extra stress in your relationships as a result of your cancer experience?
