Born in Virginia Beach, VA, Joe has been a Washingtonian since 2004 living in the vibrant downtown Washington, DC area. Joe has held many positions during his 16-year tenure at EagleBank to include Chief Treasury and Deposit Services Officer, Chief Deposit Sales Officer and Retail Banking Manager. As a 25-year veteran banker, Joe currently serves as the Bank’s Deputy Chief Operating Officer with oversight and responsibility for the Bank’s operations to include Information Technology, Residential Lending and the Retail Branch network.
He is active in the community as the current board chair of Hope Connections for Cancer Support with past board involvement with the executive committee of the District of Columbia’s Chamber of Commerce Board, The Greater Bethesda Chamber of Commerce and Junior Achievement’s Montgomery County Montgomery County Advisory Board.
He studied Liberal Arts Business Management at Virginia Wesleyan College in Norfolk, VA. He is also a graduate of the Maryland Bankers Association’s Maryland Banking School and Stonier Graduate School of Banking. His hobbies include boating, fitness and travel.
