  • Rebuilding: Seven Building Blocks for Well-Being Through the Cancer Journey

    A supportive, expert-led workshop designed for people living with cancer in all stages, as well as survivors and caregivers. Drawing from her research in longevity and her lived experience as a cancer survivor, Donatella offers a gentle, non-prescriptive introduction to seven pillars that support physical, emotional, and social well-being during and after treatment.

    Functional Fitness is all about exercises that helps you do the things you do every day—like lifting, bending, reaching, and walking—with more ease and confidence. We’ll use things like bodyweight, dumbbells, and bands to help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Great for all fitness levels, and perfect if you want to feel good and stay active.

    Larry Bricker will help us tune into our senses, using nature, to create relaxation and revitalization. We hope you will join us! Please note, in bad weather, we will bring nature inside.

    Share your favorite Pot O’Soup, Irish stew, appetizer, dessert, or another favorite recipe of your choice.
    If cooking isn’t your thing, no problem! Paper goods, sodas, iced tea, and water are a welcome contribution.
