    Patricia Horning, a physical therapist specializing in oncology rehabilitation, will discuss the vital role that physical therapy and exercise can play during and after cancer treatment.
    Learn how movement can help manage treatment-related side effects, improve strength, mobility, and endurance, reduce fatigue, and enhance overall quality of life. This informative session will also provide practical strategies for staying active safely and demonstrate how exercise can support recovery, resilience, and long-term wellness.

  • Functional Movement

    Functional Fitness is all about exercises that helps you do the things you do every day—like lifting, bending, reaching, and walking—with more ease and confidence. We’ll use things like bodyweight, dumbbells, and bands to help build strength, balance, and flexibility. Great for all fitness levels, and perfect if you want to feel good and stay active.

  • Hypnosis for Symptom Reduction

    Hypnosis has been shown to decrease pain, anxiety and stress as well as other symptoms related to cancer treatment. Certified hypnotherapist Don Pelles will teach self-hypnosis techniques that will assist in the management of these symptoms.
